Terms of Use
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HoodLaunch website, application, and interface (the “Interface”). By accessing or using the Interface, or by accepting these Terms in the Interface, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
1. The Interface is a non-custodial tool
HoodLaunch provides a purely non-custodial, permissionless interface to third-party smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain. We do not take custody of your assets, do not operate as a broker, exchange, or money transmitter, and cannot execute transactions on your behalf. All transactions are initiated by you and executed by public smart contracts and the blockchain, which we do not control.
2. No investment advice
Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens launched or traded through the Interface are not investments and carry no promise of value, utility, or return. You are solely responsible for evaluating any token and for your own decisions.
3. Assumption of risk
You understand and accept that using the Interface and interacting with blockchain protocols involves significant risk, including:
- Total loss. Token prices are volatile and can go to zero. Bonding-curve and AMM prices can move sharply. You may lose everything you spend.
- Smart-contract risk. The contracts are open source and unaudited. Bugs, exploits, or unexpected behavior may result in loss.
- Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions, launched tokens, burned liquidity, and paid fees are permanent and cannot be reversed by us.
- Fees. Trades carry protocol and creator fees, and all transactions cost network gas.
4. Eligibility and compliance
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to accept these Terms, and are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Interface is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including tax and securities laws.
5. Your responsibilities and conduct
You agree not to use the Interface to:
- violate any law or the rights of others;
- launch tokens or set usernames, images, or metadata that are unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that impersonate others;
- manipulate markets, defraud users, or engage in abusive on-chain behavior;
- interfere with, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Interface or its infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and keys, and for all content and tokens you create.
6. Content you provide
You retain responsibility for any username, image, description, or social links you submit. You grant us a license to display that content within the Interface. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion, though on-chain data is outside our control.
7. No warranties
The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoodLaunch and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, assets, or data, arising from your use of the Interface or the underlying protocols.
9. No affiliation
HoodLaunch is an unofficial community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or Uniswap Labs. References to those names are for identification only.
10. Changes and termination
We may modify these Terms or the Interface at any time. Material changes are indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. We may suspend or discontinue the Interface at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HoodLaunch regarding the Interface. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
